High performance Industrial Extreme Pressure Gear Oils
QUANTUM Gear 18000 is a high performance extreme pressure (EP) industrial gear oils specially formulated for the lubrication of industrial gears subjected to severe loads and shock loading services.
It is formulated from specially selected premium quality base oils for their oxidation stability and water separating characteristics, and further fortified with selected sulphur-phosphorous additives system to provide outstanding extreme pressure and wear protection, enhanced oxidation stability and resistance to rusting and foaming.
Applications
Recommended for the lubrication of:
- All type of enclosed gears with circulation or splash lubrication systems especially where operating condition involve heavy loads, high speed and high relative sliding velocities.
- Industrial type reduction gearboxes on mining equipment, cement mills, ball and rolling mills, crushers, conveyors, kiln, winches, machine tools and marine equipment.
- Coupling, spindles and plain bearings
