HORNET 18000
QUANTUM Hornet is high performance monograde diesel engine oil specially designed for use in high speed turbocharged or naturally aspirated diesel engines especially for engines used in marine applications.
Formulated using highly refined base oils and advanced additives systems to provide excellent control over soot induced wear, high temperature piston deposits, corrosion, foaming and oxidation stability. It also provides excellent resistance to bore polishing, a high level of wear protection and ensures superior engine cleanliness. Its excellent performance had gained recognition and approval from MTU engines for its application.
Applications
Recommended for use in severe duty four stroke turbo-charged and naturally aspirated high speed diesel engines of European, American or Japanese origin especially used in the marine application either running high or extremely low sulphur diesel. Also recommended for use in stationary diesel engines such as generator sets.
